1. All online game have problems with hackers. 2. Bungie has covered this repeatedly in past TWaB newsletters and Twitter posts. If you SUSPECT someone of cheating use the in game report system or the report form found on Bungie.net to inform Bungie. Every day the #Help forum page sees people kicking off about being banned.. and that is only the few who think playing nieve or making a fuss will cause Bungie to let them back in.
