Cross Save / Cross Play and DLC Packs with Vaulted Content
I've set up cross save / cross play for my Bungie Account, I'm currently playing on Stadia but would like to occasionally play from my linked Steam Account. I have all DLCs currently purchased through Stadia.
As content packs do not cross platforms, my question is this - do I have to purchase the Forsaken DLC pack along with Shadowkeep, Beyond Light, 30th Anniversary and Witch Queen DLCs on Steam, [i]since the majority of the Forsaken DLC content has now been vaulted[/i]?
With the Forsaken Campaign, Tangled Shore, Presage, etc... vaulted, will the non-vaulted content be included and accessible without the Forsaken DLC as part of the base game install?

Greetings! The Forsaken pack includes things like the Forsaken era Exotic weapons/armor and access to the Last Wish raid as well as the Shattered Throne dungeon. If will have to purchase the Forsaken pack on Steam if you want to access that content on Steam.

If you want to access the Shattered Throne dungeon or the Last Wish raid on Steam, or purchase any Forsaken era exotics you don't have, you will need the Forsaken Pack DLC.
