What's the orgin of your username?
I saw a picture of King Dedede from Kirby holding a gun saying "Dededelete this" and thought it was so funny that I made it my username just about everywhere
On some sites I've shortened it to DeDe instead and it's usually my go-to for naming my character in games

People have cool origins for names, but mine is just because I like the look of the turret and chassis of the Pz.I, and I like tanks, plus its funny and makes me feel special.

I can't remember. I created it back on the now defunct halo.bungie.net. I think I was trying to create a name with unusual characters and realized nobody had made an emoji as their username, so I did just that.

Then after Halloween, Nightmare Tune stuck for a bit Overall though, Blazeikinman735 came about because….I played Pokémon around when I made my Xbox account, Torchic best starter, and I like odd numbers.

Originally I had nicknamed myself Lichformed for who knows how long. That name was because the Lich was my favourite monster from Oblivion and I played a lot of mage dudes in games. Then later playing Dark Souls 2 I went from Hex first character to really enjoying Dexterity builds so I changed my playstyle in other games too, so now it's Knavenformed even though I've moved onto playing Bruiser type characters. Also I've gotten a lot more carefree and laid back in life so the name matches a bit more.

1 ReplyWhen I was a young boy.. my username was created through Xbox’s random usernames. My username started as TippyStatue8. For the longest time, I misread it as “TibbyStatue8” and that’s what I told my friends at school. That was quickly corrected the next day and I was able to friend them. I owe xbox for all the lovely memories it gave me, that was my childhood. Lee and I would game it out on Minecraft before school. He’d come over and we would make cities as we thought we would have a ton of people on the world. We never did but man.. we sure loved what we did. I cherish these memories dearly.. as without Lee in my life, especially growing up, I strongly think that I would not be here to this day. My blood runs green, just reminiscing great memories.

My username came from the fact that I found out that I am a descendent of the Roman emperor Charlemagne. I love LOTR and the number 20 is for the total number of rings of power given to the various races of Middle Earth and 5 for the five Wizards of Middle-Earth. All in all it’s treated me well.

We decided on something more neutral. Our bro’s tag had USKnight in it, so we took that and made a second version of it, much like you’d add “2.0” to the name of a second version of an invention. Thus, USKnight_2-0! Before the name change though, I was RagingRedhead. Came up with that by combining my hair color with my bad raging habit in PvP games as a 12-year old noob. I often use it a lot now for the ginger puns and its catchy sound :P

I changed my username to One Shot Ted and responded, which got hundreds of upvotes and shot "One Shot Ted" into Destiny meme status. It even made it onto Urban Dictionary as a permutation of "One Shotted," but I can't find it anymore and assume it has been removed. My username was One Shot Ted from 2016 until they added crossplay and ruined it by forcing my forum profile to use my PSN name. "Doctor_Edgelord" is what I changed my PSN name to at the end of last year when I got tired of all of the numbers in my old username (Xenn2423). It's based on my Reddit username, MrDrEdgelordSupreme, which I chose because it's obvious that no actual self-respecting edgelord would ever call himself that. People still don't get the joke and usually assume I'm actually trying to be edgy.
