Considering pvp is only half of Destiny I really don't see why people would quit in droves for infinite. Especially when the pvp on offer is different in so many significant ways.

This is what I've been reading since Bungie's celebration with the champagne that Activision left them from players that think Bungie can do no wrong. Correction, Bungie doesn't have the other studios to do the work for them, and no one forced Bungie to take on more projects that they can't handle this game by leaving this game with a skeleton crew. (That was their choice.) "Bungie needs Eververse to support them". Yes, this is true, but this Bungie took Eververse too far and went against what the original Bungie created Eververse for. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Bungie have one of the highest prices when it comes to microtransactions and keeps adding new ways to make that money off of it like Transmog? "Bungie created a new event". BS, they used a lost sector and put in old loot and called it good. That's how our money is being well spent. Do I hate the game? No. It has some interesting things about it, but its structure is majorly hurting. Do I like all the dumb decisions this company has made and will continue to make? No. but if they actually knew how to communicate with the player base, and actually paid attention. Things could be a little better. Can this game improve? The ones that have hope that someday Bungie will pay attention to them. The ones that just accept things how they are and never speak up. The ones that like the game even with all its flaws. And the new light players. When Halo releases I'll be playing it, but I also will be playing other games. Destiny will never die, but it will never, and I mean never reach even close to its potential.
