  • all i want is a succesful purchase as well as a resolved cross save issue theres no one willing to help me at all all they do is talk to me and send me links to forums that give zero help, ive been with destiny since legacy and all i want is to play the only game that ive enjoyed but because of these issues as well as the unwillingness of the staff to help directly is preventing me from doing that, ive purchased the legendary edition 3 times but out of the 3 times none of them ever worked properly and i acknowledge that its an error on my part by linking the wrong steam but that shouldnt prevent me from seeking proper help and in turn recieving proper guidance as well as a resolution to my issue. i also understand that its ridiculous to blame everyone but ive waited form 9 months in total just to play a game thats crazy and i hope you sympathize, thank you for your time and sorry for taking it out on you

  • i bought it last season but quickly refunded it because of cross save issues that bungie was unwilling to resolve i tried after the 90 day cross save deactivation but its still the same cant they do something about this

  • You get 1 free season, by buying and then Refunding the free season was used last season...further repurchases will not activate new seasons. They will have to be bought via silver in the Eververse

Refunding the purchase does not rescind the season pass, and your account is no longer eligible to redeem that same offer again. You will need to purchase the current season in-game with silver, or purchase the Beyond Light Deluxe Upgrade.

  • i understand that and thats what ill be doing ill be spending extra but is there no way to resolve my cross save issue or atleast talk to anyone that can reduce the 90 days cross save on my acc pls thats all i want, that character holds all the memories of me and my friend all the way from legacy destiny most of us separated and all i want is to relive in the days where the deathsinger gives us chills or when atheon is dropping the mythoclast pls you have to sympathize with me

  • Unfortunately, for security reasons, if players disabled their Cross Save for any reason they will have to wait out the 90-day lockout before they can enable Cross Save again. There are no exceptions to this policy. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099

  • How did you mess up for 9 months and now another 90 days? The most anyone should take is 180 days...me thinks you need to slow down and read a bit before clicking

  • the whole system is bugged on my side of things believe me i made all the purchase on the right steam acc but the binded one was still able to use all the purchases evne though it was the wrong acc, the first deactivate was to make sure if everything was correct fast forward 3 months later i activate it again and nothing happend so i gave upo and deactivated again un binding my ps4 and binding it back as, i only came back now because of the legendary edition sale but that was a bust as well so when i figured out that i had the wrong steam the unlink button was opted out for me and nothing else works but deactivating it again i read many forums and tried many ways to get the unlink button to work but none did, so i finally decided to fully trust bungie one more time to deactivate and plea that they lessen my 90 day ban but here we are again bungie showing no signs to budge or to sympathize that i now have been waiting to play for a year. i find it ridiculous that their form of communicating with the community is through forums and not have a dedicated staff for customer service. even mobile games these days can afford customer service but i guess they cant even with inflated prices for their dlcs and ingame currency its ridiculous it really is.

  • First...mobile games make billions of dollars a quarter, they can easily eclipse Bungie's yearly earnings in 3 months due to how predatory they are. Second...you made all of the mistakes that added months to your wait, not Bungie. As the mod pointed out had you stopped and asked before going on a click spree you would be playing months ago. Bungie service would not help you, the mentors are giving you the official answer provided by bungie. Sorry you are in a jam but the fault is yours

    the thing is i didnt just go on a clicking spree this is my second help forum on here and most they helped me is send me off to a link for submitting a ticket despite it never working im not criticizing the mentors because they do their job that is within their authority but what bugs me the most even having one guy with the availability of an hour a day to do customer service is still better than no one at all and i owned up to my mistake but that doesnt mean i wont have anyone to fall on, im not being a karen and expect vip priviledges just because i made one measly purchase but what i do expect is that im not completely alone out here trying to force my way into their games, i love destiny and its the only game ive ever felt this strongly about not only does it hold sentimental value but its also was the lifeline that ive held onto when things were tough. not only to me but this game used to be and is still a game that eases peoples mind. i just dont want to be abandoned you understand? its understandable that these months wasted are because of my mistakes but dont you see that this behaviour is basically "its your problem not ours". i also understand that its within their policy for security purposes but i bet they have the technology to truly see whats going on and the best way to handle it instead of setting it aside. you say that mobile games can eclipse bungie with their budget but sympathy doesnt cause a penny.
