Based on how the beta is, Outriders will most likely be a flop like Anthem.

Oh dear... I guess you overlooked how successful and massively well received the free demo was. It doesn't have to aim to replace or better what destiny does... it is already proven to be hugely successful in its own right. No arguments, but on April 1st once it hits gamepass just watch how big it becomes. Your YouTube feed will be kidnapped by it gaurrenteed.

Just like it was with all the other shooter MMOs when they first came out. The only way it'll be relevant if it's still present a year later.

just because the overall game might be bad, doesn't mean all its mechanics are bad. Just look at anthem, the game was buggy and the loot system was bad (among other issues) but flying was amazing and the ability synergy was a lot of fun.

I agree with outriders being a bust. Squares track record of games not named final fantasy has been pretty bad, most likely going to be a bust, looking at you avengers.....

Thing is I can enjoy Outriders as much as I want flops ir or not, Anthem was a live service so it needed to be alive to get content, Outriders is one and done and I can't wait to see what they offer.

I don't think its gonna be a flop like Anthem. It'd have to be a buggy mess with terrible servers to be Anthem. It's definitely going to be pretty average though.

Not guilty of labeling and sexism though. If you say game has both male and female characters. Then we could use both pronouns. If you use male character, it's he/his. If you use female character, it's she/her. I'm a male so I used his beer. If your a female you use her beer. Both are acceptable.
