With crossplay approaching, the in-game voice chat really needs an update. The quality of the chat audio is just not good. The poor quality hasn’t been much of an issue to date because there are better alternatives, like console parties or discord. BUT if I (ps5) am trying to raid, etc with friends on pc in the future, figuring out an alternative to the in-game chat that works for all of us will be a hassle. The in-game chat would obviously be the most convenient option. But I’d rather be able to hear my friends clearly.
