How do I return/refund my online copy of Destiny 2? Help please.
Hopefully, someone can help me 🤞🏼
I bought the expansion pack for Beyond Light and it wouldn't let me do the campaign. It kept saying I needed to buy the online game (I have the disc version) so, I thought maybe it was a new version I needed to play and bought it (dumb mistake I realise now).
I still can't play the campaign 😑
I was told it's because I can't afford to pay for my PS network anymore.
Therefore, anyone know how I can return and get a refund on my online copy of Destiny 2? I need the money back asap.
I emailed Bungie Merch Customer Service and they told me to post on here 🤷🏻♀️

Edited by TheHaraamPolice: 1/28/2021 1:50:52 AMHello. For any refunds, you will need to contact your retailer from whom you have purchased it from. Also, beyond light does not have a physical copy. It is only given digitally. If you are clicking on the icon next to Europa, then that is just an advertisement. You’ll need to travel to Europa to get started.
