One required achievement, the Thrillmonger, is currently glitched and cannot be achieved. I have done few games for experiments and there were about 4 games which I killed more than 40 enemy combatants and did not die for the whole game. I do not know if Dredgen was supposed to be a vaulted title or if the Thrillmonger was about to be replaced by some other achivement but it currently is unachievable and same with the Dredgen seal.
