Flawless Empire Hunt Bug?
So I was going for the triumph to complete a master Empire Hunt without dying. I did it without dying but did not get the achievement. My two teammates did die however. Does that triumph mean the entire fireteam must complete it without dying? Or did I just encounter a bug?

It seems entire fireteam has to not die so time to wait until it's priestess again and just solo it...
