Are you referring to encounter chests? The hidden chests give 10 spoils of war the first time you open them per character week. The encounter chests only give spoils of war on subsequent completions in a week after your first completion.

I’m refering on encounter chest. Does “first completion” is independent between characters? I cleared three times(one per character) this week but none of them gives me spoils of war. But others say that they are earning spoils of war on every raid encounter on all character.

Again, you get the spoils after your first clear of an encounter. If you have run it once per character and thats it, you wouldn't have gotten any from encounters. Anyone who tells you they did is lying.

Because I also heard other people getting spoils every DSC encounter but I have only gotten from secret chests Edit: Other guy was correct, first raid of the week only spoils can be from secret chests, every raid after the first of the week and on the same character give 5 per encounter

i found this thread because I just jumped in with a friend to do the secret chest in the blizzard area... and we didnt get any SPOILS... just weapons. now we jsut had reset its the first day of Splicer Season... so not sure whats going on... everyweek we use to run this chest to get spoils and everything was fine until today. so still not sure if its a bug or not FOR ME at least :(

Same here, I get the chest each week for all characters to get Spoils and I didn't get any this time. Maybe they changed it for the Vault of Glass?
