It looks like you purchased Beyond Light on Steam, logged in on your Steam account to play a few missions, and then activated cross-save. This means that you bound your season pass to your Steam save. As seasons are non-transferable, and get bound to the account save, your pass is stuck on your Steam save. In order to get the season pass for your PSN save, you would need to purchase it for that account. Cross-save needed to be active, prior to your having logged in on Steam, after making your purchase. When you first started up the game on Steam, there would have been a large warning screen, advising you to ensure cross-save was properly activated, prior to proceeding. Unfortunately, once you created a character, you bound that pass there.
