Engrams 18 levels lower than lowest equipped gear.
The engrams you get from turning in resources are 18 power levels lower than my lowest equipped gear.
My Stats are,
Power Level: 1218
Kinetic: 1214
Energy: 1214
Power: 1212
Helmet: 1212
Gauntlets: 1209 (Lowest Equipped Gear)
Chest: 1211
Leg: 1211
Cape: 1212
Reward Engram: 1191
It’s like this with Zavala and Banshee-44 at the tower. The others I didn’t check.
Is it suppose to be like this or is this a bug?

2 RepliesYes. This is 100% correct. Rewards from rank-up packages at vendors will be much lower than our power level now. This is intended & started with beyond light.

Was in one of the recent comms that vendor engrams when purchased will decrypt lower than what you have equipped so it's by design They didn't want us to be able to leapfrog light levels in Beyond Light with vendors like we had been previously able to.
