My guardian has pretty eyes, I'd like my enemies to look into my eyes as i slay them... Thoughts?...
as a hunter id love to run around with my robot face out with my hood up... actually just ignore this post im done with this game.

I prefer to be like shax
because the helmet stays on

mainly because I'm ugly
Lol, looking through your replies to people on here is hilarious. You greet every disagreement with immaturity and hostility regardless of how polite or sincere the person is to you, but then treat every agreement with gratitude and praise while simultaneously insulting the people that disagree. You're either a troll, an idiot, or a kid. And I don't know which one is worse.

This is not the way

Edited by WWF98bc: 10/31/2020 10:01:10 PMYou know I wouldn't mine this option because for one when you have characters like Ikora and Ernest on the moon breathing in space it kinda kills the idea that we really need these helmets on.
-
Yeah sure 👍
-
Not that I care, but some people don't seem to realize there are plenty of characters that have gone into battle without helmets.
-
Ehh not really all that practical. Not only is it dangerous to your noggin, but we don’t know if the helms provide you the ability to stay alive in harsh environments re things like breathing and other general life support functions.
-
not this dumb idea again... 🤦🏽♂️
-
So you want to be shot in the face?
-
If so then make there recovery time and resilience weaker.
-
I think they don’t do that so if someone is using an exotic helmet, you can tell. Maybe only able to turn off helmet if its not exotic?
-
I love being shot in the head.
-
This is a good post... makes you go: hmm and what if?.... I see this going in a split direction, if you were being realistic... no helmet in combat means we’d get our domes blown off easily or it represents less critical dmg resilience. I think this might be a good idea if we had an astronaut-like bubble stealth helmet that shows our head but reacts to damage like a pixelized-forcefield... but I think that is too much work for the Devs. It would be a nice eye-candy and innovative but yeah, it’s too much work for the Devs to apply a stealth-reactive helmet. Nice post!!! 👍❤️🤙

That seems wildly unsafe
-
*helmetless stormtroopers have entered the building*
-
Eh, don't see it happening before Character editing.
-
I'm all for it, especially on Warlocks that have some pretty weak helmets overall. I say we take it a step further and make a breather mask ornament like the Drifter uses in the BL cinematic.
-
Why not? All the Vanguard cut scenes no one is wearing a helmet. Ikora took down a ship.... no helmet
-
ok who disliked the post ?... eat my ass
-
Going into combat without a helmet on sounds a little silly to me.

Edited by NVMYGT: 10/30/2020 7:46:48 PMOnly one thing comes to mind after reading your post. https://youtu.be/XKPuumm_bfs

Would absolutely love this
-
Sure but you get a -777 to resistance stat for taking off your helmet in a combat situation.

customization has been the name of my game for my entire career in destiny, these are my takes -a freaking modern character creation tool! -choose from a preset of 5 or so different voices for your guardian who will talk as well as your ghost, the diffrent voices have diffrent personalities and make for increased replayability on diffrent characters! -eyeball next to each weapon slot and helmet, select it to not show this weapon stowed/ helmet worn
i didnt choose to be a sleek and fast hunter so i could have a machine gun the size of two of me hanging off my back and covering my precious cloak!!!
- i had more but forgot them
