Because you chose your PSN account as your main, so whatever you do (create, delete characters etc) it's on that account, no matter the platform you're using.
To change this situation, you'll have to disable cross-save OR change your main.

Hey thanks for the quick response. How would I change my main? I still have about 14 days before I can deactivate cross save.

It says I recently purchased silver so I can't deactivate cross save. So would I be eligible to contact them to deactivate it for me? Or do I still have to wait. I still don't quite understand. Would it count as a silver-purchase lockout?

Edited by Crisidelm: 10/29/2020 10:27:30 PMYes, you can use the form at the bottom to ask Bungie to deactivate Cross-save for you. Obviously by deactivating it you'll have to wait 90 days to re-activate it again, if you so wish.

I see. I will try to contact them and see if I can have it deactivated. If they can't then I will just wait the 14 days. Thank you for your help though.

I want to confirm if you are sure you want to make your Xbox account set as active rather than your PlayStation? Your PlayStation has high power characters where I do not see anything for your Xbox.

And once I get my PSN account unlinked from my other game accounts too. Plus I think bungies help forms are down or something since it keeps giving me a error every time I click on contact us.
