Hey there! You have not done the PC Move yet since this profile is new along with your Steam character. If this account below is yours, you will need to move your Steam account to that profile so both accounts are linked in one profile.
Please note that you cannot unlink an account while signed onto it. So, you will need to create a free platform account and link it to this profile. Once that is done, you can sign onto Bungie.net with those credentials to unlink your Steam account. After that, link it to the other profile and proceed to use the PC Move feature.

I already said my account has been succesfully transferred to steam but when I check transfer details no actual content has been transfered no characters or my season pass and paid dlc just a blank account.

i have the same problem because i played destiny 1 and 2 on ps4 and i just bought a game pc and i wanna cross save my file from ps4 to steam i just did everything but now its seems my ps4 data is lost so its means i just transfer my steam save data wich i dont have any progress in my steam account because i just make a new one and now my ps4 save is gone please can you help my also ?

Hey there! You did the Cross Save feature and made your Steam account set as active rather than your PlayStation account. You can head over to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099]this article[/url] and fill out the contact form at the bottom to request that Bungie switch it. You may also want to read through their article for more information on what actions can affect your Cross Save. Note: Bungie goes through these reports in order that they receive them, and only during normal business hours Pacific Time.
