IDK what game you are playing but I have the "Old Fashioned" as a HC with Explosive rounds and masterworked reload and it 1 taps anything from a major down with incredible accuracy I might add. In pinnacle events it 2 taps them. Maybe you got a shit HC. What are you using? Dire Promise?

I was one taping red bars on Mars in a lost sector today. I was using a dire promise with opening shot and range finder.
