Thank you for providing zero context to your post. In low level activities, you CAN kill many red bar enemies such as Dregs and Thrall with a single headshot with a 150 RPM hand cannon. Other enemies such as Vandals or Acolytes require 2 shots with a 150 RPM hand cannon, but, you can one shot them with a 110 RPM hand cannon. Other enemies such as Captains and Knights may take more to kill, but why do you think you should be able to one shot them? Low level content is still incredibly easy, why do you have to one tap everything to feel powerful? In endgame activities, no. Raids and Nightfalls should be more difficult, and it shouldn't be incredibly easy to kill any enemy. And even with that in mind, once you are over-leveled, you can still one shot more red bar enemies in raids with a 150 RPM hand cannon, so I really don't see the problem.

  • That's why I am happy that race specific mods are gone, since you could play xenophage as a primary. With a primary handcannon you need at least some skill. A buff to primary damage would not hurt when no-skill heavy weapons like swords, grenade launchers and machine guns exist.

  • It means in some situations or for some loadouts it makes sense. The 180 seraph officer revolver can create warmind cells for example. One reason to use it.

  • Actually I don't even have 180s on me. I've edited the post for more context. Going into actual leveled content you need 2+ headhots with a handcannon on anything to kill it where it used to only take 1. Thats what I'm talking about

  • well, you're context update in itself is also wrong. You don't need 110 to one shot headshot in patrol, just use a 140 or 150. For leveled activities I would hope that HC didn't have that much damage. But regardless, this is kinda a bad timing post seeing as we could be getting a twab sandbox update any minute now

  • Yeah I realize that. And I know they are making changes to handcannons anyway. I didn't make this post to ask for a fix, I just stated it as an annoyance
