Welp I got Banned for something idk PLEASE HELP

[armory]I had started playing destiny 2 months back and freaking loved the game and played for literally 450 hours in 2 months (after calculating it comes to 7 hours each day LOL ). Bought both the DLCs and grinded the game hard and it was fun doing so. Was waiting very badly for Beyond Light but one fine day boom my account gets banned for no reason. I was in the tower when I received a error code 'Weasel' and then when I restart the game it shows it banned. Welp I don't know what to do now. See I'm not gonna lie I'm an average player and if any bungie staff is reading this they can check my account history too, I've never won any PVP nor I have performed exceptionally in the team games, all my kills are below 10 usually. And I am a player who usually plays the PVE and not PVP so why would I even hack. And the thing is that the money I spent is not the issue here, it is the time and effort I spent to get all exotics and weapons and stuff. I don't mind paying again just to get my account back. See I'm pretty sure its some mistake or it was my network error that caused the ban, and I want to get back my account as soon as possible coz I have a lot of grinding left. I have submitted the appeal form lets see when do I get a reply by. If anyone knows any better way to contact Bungie pls let me know. Thanks
Moderator edit: This thread has been moved to the #Help forum where you can find answers and troubleshoot any Destiny in-game / bungie.net / companion app issues, courtesy of other helpful players and Mentors. • Hey there! The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction. Please review the Contact Form: Appeal Ban or Restriction article found here. Please note that, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned. For more information on Bungie's policy regarding bans and restrictions, please review the policy here.

On PC you can sometimes get banned for running certain programs that the game considers cheat bots in the background. Follow up the appeal. Get rid of any programs you don’t use. Get rid of any cheats or mods you may be using on any single player games. Scan your hard drive to make sure you didn’t pick up any viruses or malware along the way. Avoid freeware and opening any attachments that aren’t from a highly trusted source.

      • If you truly weren’t cheating then it’s possible you were in a lobby with a cheater or had cheating software open while playing the game.
