There are two tracks for the season pass: free and paid. If you paid for it, you will get the rewards seen on the top and the bottom, whereas if you didn't pay you would only get the top rewards.

no, i definitely understand that that is typically how it works.. but ive got 3 friends that i just started playing with. 2 of which just started recently...well 1 just started and the other hasn't played this season until now. Anyway, neither of them have paid for the pass, yet they have it. We all started the same week.
