Bullets have ALWAYS traveled through walls in this game. Aim assist variant builds, latency allowance per the 30fps, and actual lag/packet loss have plagued this game from day 1. Snipers aim assist has drastically been buffed for almost a year. Pair that with rolls, builds, latency allowance, lag/packet loss.. the better the aim assist, the more you hit your shot. I had a build that was a hunter with lucky pants, hand cannon dexterity. I had a hand cannon with moving target and opening shot with a targeting adjuster mod. I had a helmet with enhanced hand cannon targeting. Timed right... my first shot would not only hit the crit.. but it would at far longer ranges than the 180rpm could hit. As the fight continued, said player would duck behind cover... and I am not lying when I say this, I would shoot at WHERE the player was and I would get the kill shot although the opponent was far behind cover. As in my bullet would bend 90 degrees and crit said player. Ie “shoot through the wall”. It needs addressed for sure.
