I remember when games used to give it to you when you unlock it in-game. You can get all just by playing and doing quests or buying it in-game from vendors with in-game currency. Some AAA games still do that. But industry is abusing it. It needs to be managed and regulated. All things being abused needs a "Ban Hammer!" 2 cents.
