Trial mode happens when for some reason the system does not recognize that you have the licences to play the game so puts you into the old demo mode.
If you use a disc make sure it is clean and undamaged and your drive is working.
If you have a digital version you need to download the game licences again (not the entire game just the licences to play it).

If you have any issues with your game licences then you need to talk to Sony as they not Bungie control them.
