I completed the Prophecy dungeon solo, but didn't get the triumph for the solo clear. Fireteam was set on closed the whole time, but I did take a break in between sessions so I didn't do it all in one sitting. There was a weekly rollover between when I started and ended, but I still had checkpoint so I figured I was good. I also stopped to help some clanmates with Shattered Throne, but I was alone for the whole time I was in the Prophecy Dungeon. I started mid-last week and finished it tonight. Is this a known problem or a bug? I want that Ghost shell, but I really don't want to keep running this solo until I know why I didn't get the triumph. I'm getting flashbacks to when I did Petra's before the guitar error was fixed, and I don't want to do that again...
