Bug with Xur's engram
So as title says i just encountered a bug with said engram: at the time of buying it i had 2 missing exotic armor pieces for my warlock(and I opened it with a warlock btw) which were Felwinter's helm and Promethium spur, which both say 'Source: Exotic Engrams;extremely rare world drop', so i was hoping to get one those, but instead i got a second sanguine alchemy and i just don't get why. Should i contact support?

1 ReplyHi there. These armor pieces require that you own Shadowkeep, and looking at the API, you don't seem to own this expansion. That means you've received all the exotics you can from that source within your entitlements, so it gave you a duplicate.
