The DCV is cool, but it hurts

The longer I think about it the more I would’ve rather had a D3 than have things disappear into a vault and not be accessible, especially since I paid for it. Whether I paid for it as a product or I paid for access to it as a service does not matter. It still hurts to see content go. If it’s for the betterment of the game, though, I’ll be okay. I won’t be the most happy, but I’ll be okay. - Feedback from a Destiny fan

  • Okay, it hurts....I can understand that. But seriously. How much are you REALLY playing that content. I play this game everyday. One third of what they're vaulting is stuff that I can't stand playing. I'm glad its gone, and I hope it stays gone (mostly lousy PVP maps and game modes). One third of it is content that I only engage in because I HAVE to get something there (planetary materials), or its the easiest place to get a certain bounty done. Only one-third is content I still enjoy playing simply for itself...and even that cotent has gotten somewhat stale because most of it is TWO years old....and I want the chance (and space in the game) to do NEW stuff. I want the feeling I had with the first play through of the Forsaken campaign as I was rolling through the Prison of Elders in the middle of the biggets prison riot in the Solar System. But you can't have that if you won't let go of the old stuff.
