PC crashes are normally logged in your Event Viewer. If you receive blue screen error messages, there will also be an error code displayed in that message as well. Check your Event Viewer for any "bugcheck" error codes. These will normally appear in the "Application" event logs as an Informational event.

I used the "find"' option with the term "'bugcheck" in the "Application" event logs and it didn't find anything

OK, the next time you see your PC crash, please write down the error code and report back with it. Those error codes are normally indicators that you are having some sort of hardware related issue. The error code normally helps in pinning down exactly what piece of hardware is causing the problem.
