They are useless. A handcannon out classes a scout in pvp, and in pve they don't deal nearly enough damage to stack up against even the travelers chosen (damaged). Is there ever going to be a buff for scouts or can I at least have a nice stack of papers to put them on? Cause that's what they feel like. Paper weights
