Allo there,
Make sure to check your vault while in game. The app moves items by first moving it to your vault and then to your chosen character. So if any issue occurs it should be there. If not try logging out and back in and check all characters again and the vault.
Items usually reappear within a few hours.

Thanks for clearing things up It was in my vault but,l I didn't know since this was the first time I had this issue and I didn't know how the vault app worked.
