IB Pinnacle gear dropping with low power
Is anyone else having this issue? I'm at 950 base (and +21). But my IB "pinnacle" engrams are dropping at 947-949. Is that bug still alive and well? Or is it RNG dependent? Is there something else/more I need to be doing? I'm already hesitant to play any PvP because of balance issues. The only reason I do play is for the pinnacle gear.

You get the ‘pinnacle’ rewards from the 4 IB bounties. The other drops or things that you get from turning in tokens are not pinnacle levels.
