Powerful Engrams not dropping?
Made a new hunter character a couple months ago after getting tired of Warlock. Haven't gotten a single powerful engram drop since then. I ran the Red War campaign and completed all the intro quests on the new Hunter who is at 964 power level now. I can still get powerful engrams if I log into my ~940 Warlock. Am I missing something?
