Purchased Shadowkeep and I dont have the season pass like i was promised
I purchased the 34.99 shadowkeep DLC from steam, and my season pass is not active in game.
I conducted cross save from Xbox to PC and then the DLC was gifted to me and when in game i can see the season pass but the second half ot he pass is not progressing and i cannot do certain things in game due to "not being a season pass owner"
Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

Looking at your account, it looks like you activated Cross Save for the first time after accepting the in-game Cross Save dialogue and your season pass was applied to your Steam account. Unfortunately, season passes cannot be transferred to other accounts.
