Hello, my name is Ozpin. I've been a Guardian since the Red Legion destroyed the Tower and stole our Light. So I don't know about what happened before that (My Guardian don't remember nothing). Anyways, you've seen the title of this post so I'm gonna get right to it. Loaded Question, is by far, my most favourite PvE weapon. Its a great fusion rifle for clearing adds, as it was obviously intended for. I've been using it since I earned it, which was probably like a week or two after it was first introduced back in Season 5. So I thought about Loaded Question as an Exotic weapon, after I saw some discussions on how Luna's Howl should be an Exotic (or something like that). It actually took quite a while to figure out if LQ's current perks should be replaced or retained. I went with the latter. So intrinsically, Reservoir Blast would be the Exotic perk. Cause the way I see it, almost every pinnacle weapon are pretty much Legendary-Exotics. Red Dot 2 MOA is also retained, cause LQ wouldn't look the same. Instead of Ionized Battery, its Liquid Coils for an increase in impact damage, but of course that would decrease its charge time. And then there's Quickdraw for drawing the weapon pretty quick. And lastly to compensate for Reservoir Blast being moved to the intrinsic slot, I thought of the perk "Explosive Answer", which based upon the amount of damage you take, Reservoir Blast's next burst will have an even larger blast radius and damage. So exactly how much damage? Well, let's say if you were critically wounded, almost close to death; Explosive Answer activates and would have a 3x more larger blast radius than the radius Reservoir Blast normally has upon killing your opponent. So anyways, that's my concept for Loaded Question for being an Exotic weapon. All of your feedback is appreciated—positive or negative. We all have our own opinions on everything.
