Hi there,
Thanks for your report. Try switching to another browser and then try to link again. If the problem persists try clearing your browser’s cache, cookies, and then use an incognito private window to link. By using an incognito window the browser will not auto fill or pull previously connected or entered information.

I tried this as well already, the one thing I could think of was to create a new steam account and link my old battle net to there. Is there any way possible you guys can help me relink my old battle net from to new steam to my old steam so I can play my characters on my main steam account so I can use my steam wallet money. Thanks.

Looking at your account it appears that migration was successful and your Exo is currently playable, could you clarify that by logging in to your account? Warmind and Curse of Osiris are now currently free to play.

They are playable, but I was forced to create a new steam account to play on them, is there anyway way that you guys may be able to transfer my character from my new steam account to my main.

Unfortunately no, once migration occurs it cannot be reverted or undone.
