I got banned

I got banned for I don't even know what. I've lost all hope in getting my account back. Can I at least get the reason for the ban? That's all I'm asking. Why did I get banned?

 • Hello, Golden here PC bans are usually due to a software being detected by Destiny 2 while it's running. These may include trainers, aimbots, auto-fire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. Even if they are not specific for Destiny 2. Bans cannot be overturned. Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned either. All restrictions and bans are carefully looked and monitored by a bungie employee and once they confirm, they take a action. *Note, I am not a bungie employee, just a user trying to help out*
I've lost all hope in getting my account back.
Good stance to take since you can't get it back.
Can I at least get the reason for the ban?
Nope they don't discuss bans.
Why did I get banned?
I'm guessing you had 3rd party software running in the background. Even if you don't use it on destiny it will get recognized and autoban you.
