I went through the process to cross-save yesterday, but an error must have occurred, because today I purchased the Deluxe edition of Forsaken, launched it in steam, and realized that cross-save didn't work. I was very confused because I had gone through the cross-save process, but all my vaults were completely empty and my gear was all gone (I know I had gear and stuff in the vault on both my PS4 and PC accounts). and went back to the cross-save page on my account and fixed it. When I went back into the game, I was able to verify that cross-save was working, but I wasn't able to access the new Undying content anymore and I don't see any of the Deluxe content that I purchased. I've really struggled to figure out how to reach out for help on this issue. I couldn't find anywhere to submit a ticket, if there is a ticketing system, then it's not easily found. I've seen other posts where the response was simply, "Sorry, you launched Steam before setting up cross-save, we can't help you". I hope that's not the response I get, I just dropped $60 on this. I just want some help with the issues that I've experienced. I thought I set up cross-save, then I purchased the expansion, and it didn't work. So, whatever the work-around or fix is, I would really appreciate someone reaching out to me and helping me resolve this issue so that I can get into the game and have fun. As of right now, I'm just frustrated that I spent a bunch of money, ran into an issue, can't figure out how to get help, and everything on the forum that I'm reading doesn't seem very hopeful.
