Friend scrapped all his armor. Lack of scavenger perks.
Does anybody now what counts as pinnacle activities? trying to find a source of scavenger mods as well as enhanced targeting mods. unable to locate. i know one source is nightfalls, but right now that seems to be literally it. if someone knows where to get shotgun or fusion rifle scavengers for 2.0 that would be greatly appreciated.
