I have ornaments from weapons and armour I can't get. The difference is they are willing to let you get stuff you don't want from an Engram but won't let you buy it. Eg Outbreak. Available to everyone. Direct purchase for the ornament is not

Nope, but it carries your weapons over. I can still use the ace I got from forsaken on console on my pc account. Bungie.net can detect what dlc you have on each platform so it would be nice to be able to buy ornaments for weapons that I already have without having to pay for forsaken or go back on console and pay for it there
