As a PVP Warlock main, there's not much to look forward to at this point. Subclass's, movement, exotics. Reworks needed.
Please note I say this from a PVP perspective and concerning the future of Warlocks in PVP.

Hey, don't you talk bad about Warlock movement. With surfing and Transversives on, it's the fastest class for horizontal movement. Even Strikers spamming their mid-Super Shoulder Charge can't catch you, without even needing a Lightweight weapon on top of that. It's also nice for quick, short hops to the side when getting pushed up-close.
