Would it be possible this super was meant to be more viable in PvP? Just like well of radiance is very preferred in pve and if you run it in PvP you literally hate your team.

Yeah I think so, but still.. Ive been using it in comp and its so fun. Maybe hust give it precision damage in pve! Or maybe increase it's damage to already primed enemies, like with tether, melting point, or tractor

Are you forgetting that Code of the Missile essentially has no neutral game in PvP?

Besides inertia override, there's not really much about the skill tree we can say is geared towards PvP without nitpicking. Well of radiance has a finely defined role with its set of perks and super. Thundercrash is a mix of very useful perks that don't actually work together which means it's realistally not good anywhere without an exotic to bolster it, of which allows it to greatly swing in either direction.

Ooh you underestimate this subclass in pvp The melee is a great way to finish people, or even to open a team fight if you have mates covering you (wich i have) (And no, shotguns arent an issue since im not using it in front of ennemies, its always a suprise...this and you can melee as soon as you hit the ground even if you are still in 3rd person mode) Im runing dunemarchers and one shoting a pack of players with the smash....priceless. And the super is still the best counter to roaming supers at the moment..so its even better. One time i ran a 4man team of thundercrash, and none of our 4 oponents in comp managed to get a kill with a roaming super. Inertia overide is also really great to use. This and the melee + super combo that allows you to fly around the map really fast

And peregrine greaves works with it aha.. only kinda glitchy but still
