I just hope the reload isn’t trash and can stack with other reload perks as well as abilities.
Side Note: Given the limited nature of its Exotic perk, I’d luv to see Actium War Rig buffed.

Buffs no longer stack in Shadowkeep.

Damage buffs and debuffs no longer stack. Nothing has been said about reload perks, for example. Though I wouldn’t be surprised if you’re correct.

Well Reload speed has a cap anyway.
