Very low power drops after cross save

After I enabled cross save I noticed my power drops are dropping extremely low. My light level is 700 and my lowest weapon is 690. I claimed a iron banner bounty for a powerful dropped and it dropped at 380. All my DLC is installed so not sure what’s wrong.

It looks to me like you made your Battle.net your main cross save account. So are the low drops you're experiencing while playing your account on PC or are you playing your PC characters on XBox or PSN?
