got my pc sword and emblem for bying d2 vanilla edition on ps4 and cant equip it

i can use the emblem, but can't use the sword. wtf?

It's because the sword was a pre-order bonus with a licence attached to it. Its the same with the Caydes duds shader from Forsaken.
