I've recently cleared the EAZ activity and wanted to claim my free soundtrack. I attempted logging onto the Bungie Store website, but couldn't. I requested a password reset, but it said that there was no account registered under my Email address. This is false. I have checked my Bungie account page, copied my email, and pasted it into the box yet it still says that there is no account under my email.
Help would be appreciated. Thank you.
