Can’t disable cross save for 79 days because I recently bought silver?!

Is this a bug or something? I bought said silver almost a month ago and I no longer have silver anymore if this was such a big issue why was I allowed to cross save in the first place???? Edit: Platform of choice is Xbox

  • Same here. Accidentally chose the wrong account and I have 80 days to wait until I get my account back. The mods just say "Unfortunately you have to wait the grace period." I sure hope Bungie takes notice of this issue for us and actually #help us get our correct account back in a realistic time frame.

      • There’s a bunch of us having the same issue but nobody from Bungie wants to officially recognize the problem and the mods just keep telling people it’s to prevent fraud. Which is fine and all but locking cross saved accounts down for 2 plus months is ridiculous. Right now our best bet is to just upvote these kinds of posts and hope someone takes notice.
