If you look at the quest in your pursuits tab, it will tell you what to do next.

Were does it say I have to reach fabled?

It's part of the quest to get Mountaintop. It says it on the quest in your pursuits. If you aren't fabled but did the grenade launcher stuff, then you've only done half the requirements.

Okay it’s not letting me send pics but what I’m trying to say is that the pursuit is complete yes.So the pursuit should move to the fabled part of the quest but it hasn’t it says on the pursuit that I still have to complete the in pursuit of honor triumph even though that triumph had been completed and claimed

If you've redeemed the triumph and not just completed it, then just work on your progress towards Fabled. It probably says both on the quest step. I completed it already so I cannot verify, and you are saying you cannot take a screenshot on your Xbox. Either way it won't really matter until you reach Fabled anyways, you know? I wouldn't worry.

That’s the thing it’s not showing that I completed the triumph it says that I still need to do the triumph even though I completed it and claimed the triumph

There are two triumphs. One requires you to do the grenade launcher portion of the test. One requires you to do the grenade launcher portion and reach 'Fabled' in competitive. You probably didn't redeem the latter, thinking the former was enough. Check out the quest and your triumphs. Otherwise, you might want to consider posting some screenshots since that might help us help you.
