Hi. We're aware that there are various connection issues occurring in the game and we're investigating. What region are you located in? What brand is your router/modem? Do you receive this error on every character? Do you use a wired or WiFi connection? Would you happen to have another console that you could attempt to test? Would it be possible for you to take your console to another location and use that location's internet to attempt to connect?

  • Thanks for the reply. First, the game has been fine the last day or so. But in case the data helps you: I live in Eugene, OR I have a Netgear Nighthawk X6S router I have a Netgear modem (not at home, can’t remember the model) I have Comcast high speed internet (supposed to be 200 download but usually 100-150 speed.

  • i have been getting the same issue and it just started this week....issues with the game are getting bad
