  • Yes please! I’m tired of these easy mining frames. It’s still weird that they have t deployed any.

  • <The Vex we fight are builders, not warriors. The ones Crota faced were warriors, and they could easily contend with the likes of him and other Ascendant Hive.>

Any theories on why we haven’t seen them yet? We have been absolutely tearing up these construction frames for the last 5 years and they’re just taking it on the chin? I feel like we must’ve seen something that was never specified to be a combat frame but was. Maybe the gorgons from VoG since the harpies already are kinda a mystery to us as far as the purpose they serve. VoG stuff is all experimental for the vex too... idk, but we have seen a lot of vex, so I feel like it’s possible.

% Differe^nt theor$ies: 1. We just arent worth it which I can see. 2. All the combat frames are under quria's command and quria just hasnt sent them in..maybe the new raid will give us a hint or theyll actually be the main enemy 3. They were all wiped out(could be flawed however, as the vex are an infinite many and can possibly immediately make new combat frames) 4. Again, we arent worth it. Except I'll elaborate. Think about it. The simulated future in the infinite forest is a simulation where everyone loses except the Vex, thanks to Panoptes, until we put him down. However, not once do we ever see a combat frame come into play. Why simulate a future where the weakest Vex win, the construction Vex? Was Panoptes the only thing they needed to win? Possibly. Was he a combat frame? Well he looks an awful lot like Quria that's for sure, but I doubt Panoptes was a combat frame. However its tempting to say yes instead, as youd think that frames that look alike would have the same exact function. But, out of everything that was there during their Oryx raid, Quria was the only Mind that was there. Everything else looked like an upped version of your average Goblin. You could say that they're trying to preserve frames, especially after the throne world incident. But that cant be possible, as the Vex could just make more. For anyone who doesnt believe the Vex can just make a new enemy type for us, read up on Saint- 14's battle against the Vex. The Vex actually created a mind that was meant to drain 14's light. Anyway, the Vex simulated a future in which thanks to Panoptes(and apparently no combat frames), they won over the Sol. They couldve had it too, but werent expecting us to kill Panoptes. They didnt need to simulate our light to come up with an outcome. All they needed was Panoptes. Had we not find out about Osiris's situation, we wouldnt even exist right now as Guardians. Back to combat frames though. I dont think they're needed at all for us. If they ever make an appearance then they better either be as strong as they were when they invaded Oryx's throne, or I'm going to assume Bungie just needed a new enemy type idea. %

  • Well it is said at some point that the vex can’t simulate guardians at all (I don’t remember who says it), so they are simulating a future where they win while ignoring the biggest factor that would stop them from succeeding. If they simply don’t need combat frames despite that, then that’s kinda concerning. I think that there is something limiting them though, or they’re busy elsewhere with some other threat to their system (maybe the evil triangles?).

  • I want to see some new Vex enemies. This is an idea I saw a long time ago from someone but imagine a 4 legged mortar just walking and jumping around just firing artillery continuously

  • I want a upgraded hobgoblin with an arc whip that can hover or burst around like a titan skate.
