At this time it cannot be deleted. As for the burgusia key, just making sure you know it is not like other keys

I've already completed this quest and I don't want to complete it again, i just want it removed

It has a questline for it, not just shooting the drones.

In my eyes it is both a tech issue and a bug. I can not obtain a key to continue a quest

So do you want them to fix the key or add an option to remove the quest? One would be a bug one is feedback. 2 different issues, 2 different locations where they would be posted.

I would like one or the other done i would prefer for removal but if i post it in help the bug can be solved either way to maybe help other people.

The tech support will do not handle feature requests, like adding a remove option that is why I advised as I did. The Community managers do not look in Help for feedback suggestions.

I am aware of how the system works but i can still put it in ALONG SIDE of the actual bug.
