A Reasonable Price (Allegiance Quest); can't pay the bribe...
From what i can tell this has been a problem for over a month... How is this still even a problem.
I get the quest from going to spider and still can't even just pay the guy. Ridiculous.

I'm stuck here as well. Took a break from a broken D2 just to come back and buy the annual pass and have this happen almost immediately. Talk about buyers remorse
